Purchased this for riding Kokapeli s trail multi day ride. I was able to pack more then enough bike gear and rain gear, that was used! It held up well for the 3 day ride. Hint: Its easy to over pack and add 2 liters of water and it quickly becomes a 20+ lb pack!

The product is great but Sunny Sports actually made a mistake and didn't send the water reservoir with the backpack. It took them more than two weeks just to get the water reservoir to me. So yes the product is EXACTLY what I had wanted and works GREAT. Kudos to Sunny Sports for the great product but the customer service fell a little flat regarding the crucial item they initially forgot to ship.

I would give it 5 stars but refilling the Mule is a bit harder than the previous Camelbak. I really like the larger water capacity. The magnet seems to be on wrong side of bag. I use my left hand to put tube in my mouth, but the magnet is on the right side of the bag.

Used for Disney and universal vacation. Worked out great. Turns out they are somewhat waterproof as they always kept everything dry when it rained. Very light and easy to wear 12+ hours a day. Great investment.

The mule worked out great for off road motorcycle riding (trials). You don't even realize it is there. The 3 liters of water when loaded with ice stayed cool all day. There's room for repair items in the pack.

We really like the Mule Camelbak. It is great for our hiking and trips to amusement parks etc. The bladder is a little difficult to empty and dry completely. It has a seam down the middle of it where as our previous Camelbak did not have this. Overall it is a great product. We got one for our 6 year old and full of half way so it isn't too heavy...he likes his bright red one.

Bought this pack for my boyfriend for mountain biking. It is the perfect size for mid length trips, as it has enough space to hold tools and some snacks, but not so much room that it is flapping around. He especially likes the ability to remove the bottom straps for comfort. Customer service and shipping were a dream. Whenever we can order through this company, we will!

I am a seasoned runner who is taking a break to slim down and build muscle for faster races in the future. This is my third Camelbak pack, but the biggest one I bought. I have begun is taking 3-6 mile hikes once or twice a week with my canine buddy. I had a wonderful basic CamelBak that carried enough H2O, but it did not have ample space as a backpack. I decided to buy this as an upgrade to carry my bugspray, sunscreen, human and canine first aid kits, pocket knife, a collapsable dog bowl, protein bars and dog snacks. The oodles of pockets lend space for for all those sundries and more with the added bonus of carrying even more water. This is perfect as it has more than enough for my furry buddy and me. True to Camelbak designs it securely and comfortably fits. I hardly notice it when hiking. I also like how the tube easily unsnaps from the water bladder for easy draining and cleaning. I am very pleased with this purchase--especially from Sunny Sports which offered it at a great deal and fast delivery. I will be back for more. Thank you!

I bought this for a hiking trip to Arizona. It was the perfect size for 2L or 3 L of water plus odds and ends (like wallet, phone, emergency kit etc.). Bladder was easy to fill and the hydration system worked perfectly!

This MULE doesn't have the more advanced NV ventilation system for your back, but it is also much cheaper than the NV models. It does hold 3 liters of water and keeps it nice and cool and has room to hold lots of stuff in the many pockets. Not light, not super high tech, but very functional for the price.

I am very pleased with this pack. I purchased it with the intention of adding a second 100oz bladder, making this a 200oz capacity pack. It works so well with room leftover for lots of extras without being too bulky. And at 55 dollars, what a steal!

I am very pleased with my new camelbak. It is replacing a very well used one I've had since the early 90s. The quality seems to be just as good as the older one just with added features. The only new feature that I do not like it the waist belt but that's just a personal choice. Seems that all new models have this.

Great little pack for my girlfriend. I have a larger daypack from camelbak and it was too big for her frame. At 5'8" this is a great pack for her to do day hikes with. I'm glad it came with a 3L pack for hydration too.
