Much better then cheap lifting chalk
I used to buy cheap lifting chalk but honestly this is worth the bit of extra money. It is stickier and so you use less of it. Significant upgrade imo

Great Affordable Chalk
One of the best affordable chalks out there. Offers really good grip and texture. The chalk is somewhere between fine and chunky with some chunks in the bag. The only comparable chalk for the price is Mammut's chalk which is similar in price and quality. The chalk is likely 95%+ as good as friction labs or mag dust and definitely way more worth it for the price.

Best bang for your buck!
I use all kinds of chalk. Definitely for the price this one can't be beat. I get a consistent grip, good coverage, not to thick or thin and a decent amount of chunk.

Works great, lasts forever.
I have used quite a few different chalks from cheap to expensive but I have to say White Gold is probably my favorite. There are others that might be better in certain times of year but this chalk performs good enough to any standard all the time. I'd recommend this for any climber, beginner or expert. However, if you like pulverized chalk that's really really fine then this might not be for you, if you like nice sticky chalk that's stays on really well then I highly recommend this product. Fair price and the bag lasts forever.
