Used with Petzl Grillon to achieve an adjustable sideways anchor for detailed rope work, painting around window frames mostly, but we have aid climbed on two at a time as well. This model grips the best as the knife edge is held in place by the directional pull and the talons hold the webbing off the wall but not too far so that they put an angular force on the edge.
