Fits perfect and a breeze to enter and exit from! I was thinking the 5/4 would be tedious to get out of but nope not with the hyper flex. Had two buy it when I had the extra mooney. . Got the suit for fall somewhere special . . thanks

Not as flexible as advertised
I got my first O'neill wet suit in 1965. Since then I have one inmy collection. My first hooded O'Neill had a shoulder to shoulder zip across the chest. It was easy to put on and take off. My first techobutter suit is now alomst 10 years old. I ove the sfot nd flexible warm suit. Itwas also easy to put on and take of. I just bought a brand new Hyperfreak 5.5/4 suit. It is not nearly as flexible as I expected. It is the first O'Neill suit that has dissapointed me. Even using arash guard on top and plastic bage on my ankles, it has difficult to reomve. I am 76 however! I would recomend this suit for younger people.

Good wetsuit - 2yrs and 120+ days and still going
This is a good wetsuit. I have had it 2 years now and surf between 70-100 days a year in a wetsuit I live in the PNW so I use a the 5/4 all year long. I have another wetsuit I use on alternating days that is a 4.5/3.5 that isn't quite as warm. I prefer this wetsuit, especially in the winter months. Very easy to get on and off and fits snug, and it is quite comfortable. I'm 5'9" ~160lbs and it fits perfect.

Great wetsuit!
This is a great wetsuit! It is easy to put on and off because it is very stretchy. And in the water, it is very warm. No cold water leaks in. It is worth the price.

Yes I would recommend it!
Just moved from Florida to New England in the middle of the winter and was concerned about the adjustment. This suit has kept me surprisingly warm! Even on cold windy days I have not gotten cold yet!

Only suit I will ever buy
O'Neill Hyperfreak is the best wetsuit you can own. Period. I now have the Hyperfreak in a 5/4, 4/3, and 2mm all for east coast surf. Let's say that my 4/3 feels more flexible and mobile than my 3/2 (won't name the brand)! The 5/4 is perfect for New Jersey air and water temps even in January and February. Pair with the right booties and mittens and I am yet to feel cold. Also very good at keeping the cold water out, even after wipeouts. This suit has exceeded my expectations by far! To sum it up, warm, stretchy, and affordable! Thanks again O'Neill, can't wait for a reason to need a new 3/2!

Exceptional
Quite simply the best wetsuit I've ever owned. I've owned O'Neill, Rip Curl, Xcel, and Vissla wetsuits over the years and I can safely say this suit is a step above in my opinion. I don't expect to get 10yrs out of this wetsuit but 3-5yrs of incredible comfort and flexibility is well worth the investment to stay warm and have fun in the winter. Highly recommended.

Great Suit, Not sure how long it will last though
This is an extremely comfortable and nice looking suit. It keeps me warm throughout each session. I am a bit concerned as the stitching along the seams is already beginning to come undone. I need to talk to O'Neill about this to see if they will repair. Other than that it's a great suit.

Awesome wetsuit
Warm and flexible! Getting in and out is a tad difficult but once on, I can keep it on throughout the day without getting cold. I've windsurfer in 43F water and it kept me toasty...

After only 20 surfs the tab that buttons over the zipper snapped off. This is disappointing after spending 400$ on A suit and taking great care of it. Otherwise I do like the suit after nearly 40 uses.
