This bag is excellent. I appreciate the quality, comfort, function, and capacity. The side entry helps access items that would be tough to access from the top. That took some getting used to but it works great.

Five weeks traveling, very happy with pack. Feels tight and solid on body, never felt movement once chest strap engaged. Was a bit of a learning experience to sort the pockets in my mind, but likely pilot error there. Main zippers might be a tad under sized, but then you have the EC warranty. . . Push the buy button.

I have a slightly larger 2 wheeled Eagle Creek that still looks like new after 15+ years, so I decided to try their 4 wheeler. It is super light like my other one, easy to maneuver, and expandable, with handles in the right places. I'm glad I decided not to go with a hard sided clam shell design - they require too much space - can't be opened easily on a luggage rack for example.

Easy to wheel on and off airplanes, train, buses and hotels. Enough packing space for a month of travel.

I love these packing cubes! The compression feature is wonderful. The medium is the most usable size, I ordered 3 more. I wish they had a large size so it was slightly longer for larger clothes. I wear a small and still had to fold my long sleeves into 3; rolling doesn't help with bulky clothing. The large in this set does not have the compression feature which I didn't realize. The smalls are nice but they are very small; I could fit 8 large socks or 2 pairs of small pjs but couldn't compress them because it was too bulky.

It has a pocket for my sunglasses. That seems like a simple thing, but too many packs don't. I'll take the pack to Maui in January and Steamboat Springs next summer. I be stylin'!

Love my bright orange EC-20239 duffel bag with wheels. I have had this well constructed piece of luggage for over 15 years. I just had to replace the wheels and it only cost $12. to have them shipped to me. That means so much to me Eagle Creek after all these years!! Getting the replacement wheels was so easy and I'm excited to get the new wheels. The video provided on their site is very good and explains how easy it will be to change out the new wheels when thy arrive.

My go-to backpack these days. Fits a lot and has so many ways to carry it. I like how the hip straps are removeable so I can remove them when my pack isn't heavy enough to warranty a hip belt. The side opening makes finding buried items easy and the water bottle pocket actually fits a Nalgene! I love that there is a laptop sleeve on both the outside and inside of the bag. Bonus points for the reflective material at the bottom of the bag when I'm bike commuting!

Simple, light, quality. no fancy bells or whistles in this package. The quality of construction for its weight is what made me purchase this model. Quality of product is what drew me to this model but it's the customer service that will make me buy from Eagle Creek again. Needed the luggage for a trip, wasn't going to be delivered in time so i reached out to customer service on a holiday. They responded the same day and shipped the product next day air for free!!

In the past, I had to buy my daughter a new backpack every year for school. Four years ago I bought my first Eagle Creek backpack. She carried that backpack for four years and it still looks fine. She just asked for a new color. If you think it's a little on the expensive side, take the price of the ones you buy multiplied by four and compare I Highly recommend this backpack!

This is the best everyday bag I have ever owned. I really like the side entrace to grab things at the bottom of my bag and to easily grab small items in the organized zipper pockets. The mesh water bottle pocket is large and deep so it holds my large bottles well and I do not have to worry about them falling out. The outside compartment for my laptop makes it easy to pull out when I'm on the go or at the airport without opening my entire bag. While ocassionaly tight (from my overpacking) it's worked well as a personal item on all of my flights so far. I've used this bag for over a year and it's gone everywhere with me!

I wanted so so so much to like this bag. It's awesome looking and the layout of pockets is great. A minor tick against for having only one water bottle pocket, but otherwise amazing. The two issues I had that made it not work for me: 1 - The bag itself is a little smaller than I'd prefer. Something closer to 30L would be nicer for me, though I could have made this work if it weren't for the second issue. 2 - The shoulder straps are weirdly short. The padded part of the strap is at least 2-3 inches shorter than on my old Mountain Hardware bag that I'm trying to replace. They're also weirdly narrow. The combination of these two things made this bag uncomfortable to me and I had to return it. Make a 30L or 32L bag and fix the straps and I'll order in a heartbeat!

It's a great bag. We bought it to replace a bag that was worn out. Wife is an international flight attendant. The bag has been around the world. This bag is the same size but has fewer exterior pouch pockets. Sad to see the old bag go
