How to exchange an item

  1. Start a regular return in your orders page.
  2. Select "Exchange for different item" from return options dropdown.
  3. Exchange in same category only.

Terms & Conditions

  • Items must be as-new-condition and returned with all parts.
  • Can be exchanged up to 30 days from date of invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if not in as-new condition
  • You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes cannot be opened (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
