If you’ve been thinking about giving rock climbing a try, an indoor climbing gym is a great place to start. In these controlled environments, you can learn all the basic techniques and get lots of practice in before you give it a try in the real world. All it takes is a little know how and some good advice to improve your rock climbing grip.

Beginners might be a little overwhelmed by the variety of grips and holds they will see on the walls when they first visit a climbing center.
