It combines two trails that make a parallel path to Oak Creek through fields while crossing several other trails. On the return loop, you visit an open area that houses a historic ranch with a waterwheel that depicts how people here lived hundreds of years ago. A Bridge in Time is an easy-moderate hike that is mostly flat and takes about forty minutes one way to complete. The trail to the bridge is more moderate and can be slippery at times, so caution must be exercised. If you continue on to Roaring Lion Rock, the trail is not marked and is of moderate difficulty.
