Shopper its my understanding that all north face bags can be zipped together. This is probably a really dumb question but if i get the left hand zipper my wife will need a right hand zipper? Correct? Not sure how they work.

RICHARD V Correct. Getting left and right zip bags is the way to go. You can zip together two lefts or two rights if you're desparate, but one person's sleeping bag will be upside down and will get the sleeping bag hood in their face!

TODD M That is correct, I purchase two long bags, one with a left hand zipper and one with a right hand zipper, and they combined just fine. Don't know how it would work if one was a different length than the other

Rob O does this bag come with a commpression stuffsack and a storage bag?

KENNETH H Yes, the compression sack is very nice and so is the storage bag. I was impressed.

STEVEN W Yes, the sleeping bag comes with both a stuff sack and a large storage bag. The tag on the stuff sack shows the dimensions as 6.5" x 21". The storage bag is about 15" x 30" and is a combination of mesh and fabric with a draw string at the top.

SHAWN H Yes- I was surprised, in fact, to find that inside the large storage bag, there is a nice stuffsack for this sleeping bag. With a little work- you can compress the entire sleeping bag to about the size of a basketball and clip it all together. Very helpful

Shopper Why Did You Choose This?

KATHY S My husband and I purchased these bags in 1989, preparing for a Europe trip. We have used them regularly since and they have held up well. But after 22 years, they just weren't quite as warm as they once were so we replaced them. Our kids are now using the originals.

KENNETH H I looked around at many bags, and for the money I thought that this was a good bargain. The bag was very warm when I used it in temperatures below freezing. The only problem I had with it was the zipper. It was kind of hard to zip up and down, and it was prone to getting the fabric stuck in it. Overall a nice bag though.
