First off, I love the shirt...I usually wear Large (Men's) but had to go with an XL (Men's) because it is cut a little small in the sleeves and waste...not sure if the Xsmall would be fit for a woman...sorry! But I love the T!

midnight is like a bright navy blue. it is one of mammut's standard colors so you may get a more accurate view by enlarging the color sample of one of their other pieces of apparel.
