Does not work

My skin is super sensitive to jellyfish and sea lice and bought this to try. Applied 30 mins and 5 mins before going into the water, and constantly reapplied but still had really nasty stings!!! I finished a 100ml bottle in 5 days so I am sure I had done all I could. Wish I could post the photos of my stings - multiple patches all over my body and were really inflamed a few days after. This is not effective at preventing stings but works ok as sunscreen.

I recommend this product.

This product works very well for me. I also feel that it is a deterrent from airborne pests as well.

Is it safe on face and privates?
A shopper on May 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Hi--Yes the lotion is safe for your face and certainly around bikini lines, even thong lines. As for privates, we didn't use it there, so I can't comment. I can tell you this stuff is amazing. We had been swimming ever day and then there was a sudden influx of jellyfish, everyone was getting stung. We purchased this and end of problem. Now if we are going on a beach vacation we have this in our bags.
What is the age limit for kids my son will be 2 years old is it safe for him?

BEST ANSWER: There is no suggested age on the bottle. However I have used on my children since four months of age & they have not experienced any negative side effects
Is this safe for pregnant women?
A shopper on Jun 7, 2016
BEST ANSWER: It seems that Safe Sea does not have a exact policy for their product when it comes to pregnant women. Below is their suggestion.

Here are links to our ingredient lists on file with the US National Library of Medicine. I recommend that you share these ingredient lists with your physician and ask him/her to approve Safe Sea for your use:

What is the difference between this and just sunscreen?
A shopper on Apr 18, 2013
BEST ANSWER: This item prevents jellyfish stings. It is available with sunscreen added or just as a lotion. When using this, you should put it on prior to going in the water. It should be applied all over the body including parts of the body that are covered by a bathing suit.
