I would recommend this product.

I like not having to worry when laying my pack down that the bite valve is landing in the dirt! It was very easy to slip this cover onto the hose and valve.

It works, easy to install

Easy to install. 3 stars because this should have came with the bladder to begin with. I'd actually recommend a source bladder to a friend.

Simple installation button should be sold with system

I found the bite valve cover easy to install although I was a bit apprehensive about removing the valve from the tube initially. I had kind of twist it back on to the tubing, but it works great and is now protected from dirt and debris. I am very happy with my Platypus 3L hydration system!

Easy to install

This item should be sold as part of the Platypus system itself. If you don't have a cover the mouthpiece is always exposed to the environment. Installation instructions should be included.

Platypus Bite cover

Keeps the bite valve from getting smashed and leaking when you put your backpack in your tent. Also keeps it clean. It's a little small for a platypus bite valve and hose. takes a little work to close and keep closed.
