This thing keeps me warm as expected. I purchased this coat so I wouldn't have to wear many layers underneath. Even in freezing weather I can get away with one shirt under this coat. The only surprise was the fit. As a petite, the extra small wasn't quite small enough. The coat has a much more relaxed fit than what various images around the web have depicted however, I'm very happy with my purchase. In my opinion, the coat is "stylish enough" for its utility and performance.

I love my North Face Arctic Parka! It is very warm and protects against the elements. It looks great! I got it to go with my dress clothes and it is perfect. Highly recommend the Heather Gray for a classy look that is different than the typical black!

I paid just $170 for this coat listed for $300 and got it in a lighter color (can't remember the name arctic grey or white perhaps). It is the best outdoor coat I've ever had. Almost didn't purchase because of my size; I'm a women's 18 with large arms; the XXL fits perfect. I enjoy the length and of course, it is super warm and soft. This jacket rocks! The NorthFace emblem on the chest but it is on the wrist. When it's zipped up nothing gets through as far as wind. You can feel a significant difference between wear the jacket ends and your legs. I don't think it's too snug. I was able to really layer up in my size Large and I'm 5'7" about 170 lbs.

Very warm, nice style jacket. The only problem is the pocket are hard to access due to the flaps over the zipper. So I can't just slide my hand in my pocket. I have to lift the flap and then slide my hands in my pocket. But overall it's a warm weather proof jacket.

I'm very happy with my purchase the warmth provided has been great in this heavy winter and while i think the hood is a little big for me especially if I leave the fur on can't fault the coat for providing coverage so yes i am enjoying my purchase.

I love my North Face Parka!! It is warm and stylish a the same time. It was well worth the cost. It fits true to size based on the sizing chart from North face and has enough room for bulky sweaters underneath. I recommend this parka for anyone living or planning to visit cold climates.

The parka is too small on my wife who is typically a medium but sometimes wears a large jacket. I got a large because i was told NF fits smaller than most brands. There is no NorthFace logo on the front left breast area as in the picture that was in your online photo when I purchased . There is only one logo and it's on the back right shoulder. We intend to return the item.

I found it at a local big sporting goods store first and fell in love but the price was a bit steep. On spawned my search now that I knew exactly what I wanted. After scouring all of the local places online I stumbled upon sunny sports. I was a bit skeptical because of the shocking discount. Boy was I wrong! I initially ordered this in a medium. Unfortunately, it was a little too snug around the chest and shoulders...I'm five for eight and appx 150 lbs. I do have fairly broad shoulders though. I exchanged it for a large and it fits perfectly...sunny sports made the exchange process easy and speedy ?? The parka is very warm and high quality.

Absolutely love this coat! It can take on the brutal Nebraska winters, especially with the snow and frigid wind. The outer laye is definitely water proof and North Face holds true to their great style (many compliments on the coat when I wear it) and warmth and durability. The zipper is a bit annoying because it is more of a heavier plastic, however, it works great. No complaints about this coat and comes highly recommended.
