Bought the wrong thing

This product is not what I thought it was. I thought it would fit on the end of a standard cane. Instead, it's designed for a very specific type of cane.....one which you sell. I would like to return the product and get a refund of my twenty dollars, but you don't make it easy to do that. I may yet find the time to figure out the return process, but then again, maybe not. I won't complain about your company to anyone I know......but I won't recommend, either.
