Aquapac's Storm-Proof VHF Radio Case has a clear widow for easy VHF Radio operation. Case is made from Durable 70D polyurethane coated rip-stop nylon with taped seams for a waterproof rating of IPX6. This internationally recognized rating means the following: Protected against heavy seas/temporary flooding - Water projected at all angles through a 0.5" (12.5mm) nozzle at a flow rate of 6,102 cubic inches (100 liters) per minute at a pressure of 14 psi (100kN/m2) for 3 minutes from a distance of 10' (3 meters).

Case measures 4.8" x 13.8" (12.2 x 35.1 cm) and has a simple roll-down seal that keeps out the effects of the environment. It is not only rain, mud and snow-proof, it will also keep out water spray from rough water kayaking, sand, dust and dirt so you can now bring your VHF Radio just about anywhere you may need to stay in radio contact with others. The convenient quick-release shoulder strap makes transport of your radio easy. The bright orange coloring makes it easy to see the case outdoors. The case weighs 2.4 oz.
