i used the tube 3-4 times and it developed a leak. airhead said they would not cover this so i had to buy a new outer inflatable compartment for 100+ dollars and that one leaked in the same place the first one did, right at the seams on the bottom. i called them and they could have cared less. it has a manufacturing defect. Now the covering has split in the back and i have to replace the whole think but i will not but airhead again.
hey d.

Airhead's Viper-series is a collection of the finest cockpit-style towable that your money can buy. The bottoms are shaped like boat hulls which is the key to the unparalleled lively and stable ride. Vipers are especially popular with young children, as they feel very safe sitting on the comfortable inflated floors inside the cockpits. Kids and adults will enjoy the stunning NASCAR-inspired graphics. The durable 30-gauge radio frequency (RF) welded seam PVC bladders are completely encased in durable double-stitched nylon, there is no exposed PVC.
The striped nylon wrap handles have neoprene knuckle guards for comfort. An EVA "Indy Cap" covers the Boston valve. Boston valves allow you to inflate the towable without losing any air that is already in the tube. It does this with a double cap system. One cap opens to a one-way valve that only lets air in, but won't allow it to escape. When you need to deflate the tube just remove both caps and the tube will deflate easily. Viper is 98" x 74" (249 cm x 188 cm) deflated, has a maximum weight capacity of 510 lbs. (231kg), requires a tow rope with a minimum tensile strength of 3,350 lbs. (1,520kg) that is 50' to 65' (15.25m to 19.8m) in length and comes with an owner's manual.
