Does this bathing suit run large? I would normally be a small...but I wear a size 4 dress. Should I get an extra small?

I get these every summer to lifeguard and I'd say if anything the tops run pretty small. I'm very small chested and wear about a 2-4 dress size and I wear small in this suit. Most girls with bigger chests have to go up a size in the top.
