Questions about this item:

Heidi W  Where should the recreational crampon (the 2nd one) hit your foot on the women's xplore 25 snowshoe? I purchased a new pair today and it doesn't hit my heel in the center but hits on the front end of my heel near my arch. Is this normal? I wear a size 10 women's hiking boot and everything else about the bindings and fit seems correct. I have the correct size for my weight 165 lbs.
Jessica S  The second crampon is supposed to hit where you are describing. If there is pressure being put on that part of the crampon, it is good. However, if the fit is not comfortable than you may want to consider getting a different style of snowshoe.
