    Questions about this item:

Shopper  What is the R- value of this pad about Wenman's ?
JOANNE D  I think the r-value is 2.2. I used the pad camping at around 2 degrees Celsius and I didn't feel the cold underneath my sleeping bag. It was light to pack and worked well. Only draw back is the shape, if you move around at night it is hard to kept entire body on pad.
charles l  is it self inflating ?
JOANNE D  yes, but you can inflate it yourself or make it firmer with a few breaths. Only takes about 2 to 3 minutes to blow it up yourself.
