I used my eVent dry sack for a 300 mile winter bike race, one for my clothes and a second for my sleeping bag. I love that it's easy to stuff and compress the extra air out. Many other racers used the same stuff sack, which held up well and kept my gear nice and dry.

The bags performed great!! I did a self guided Kodiak bear hunt with my son who is a resident. Spent 6 days in the bush. It rained three days and snowed one day. The bags kept everything dry and I like the compression in the pack to save room. I also use them on the Appalachian Trail hiking sections. I would recommend these for any out door adventure.

not sure about liters but x-large will hold 30 deg kelly sleeping bag with pillow with a little room to spare

I bought the large because it was on sale, and all I can tell you is, it is way too big for just a sleeping bag. I can 2 sleeping bags in it, or a sleeping bag and and extra change of clothing. Sorry, I do not know litre capacity.

what size for a sleeping bag ?
NATALIA K
What kind of a bag? I squeeze the winter bag into an L.

I purchased a medium.. it worked for my sleeping bag, packed tight and small.. My bag is long and it's fill is synthetic fiber..

I bought a large and I could easily fit 2 of my kelty down sleeping bags. In other words, mine is too big. But I kept it and use it to hold spare socks and jacket with sleeping bag. Medium should be plenty for just a bag. Possibly even a small size.

I bought a medium for my 6'1" mummy bag and it works great. If you want to put other things in with it, it probably won't fit much else (sizing up is a good idea for flexibility). Just remember that most sleeping bags are not meant to be continuously compressed. When at home the compression bag should not be used, and the bag should be allowed to hang loose or rest in a much larger uncompressed sack.

Purchased for trip to Mount Kilimanjaro. It was suggested in several articles to stow a sleeping bag. It was perfect for my new Mountain Hardwear Lamina 0 sleeping bag. I was concerned about keeping the sleeping bag dry and with compression. This product was great! It costs a little more then the other compression bags but I would say it was well worth the piece of mind and ease of compression. Ended up buying a second one for my Mountain Hardwear Down Jacket.
