Questions about this item:

Shopper  I am looking at the speedo breaststroke fin and am trying to figure out what size I should get? The girls who need them wear 5.5, 8.5 and 11. what sizes should I be ordering?
KWAN H C  How ago is it? I know 11 is biggest U should get green and blue enough
LIZ G  Yellow X small for 5.5 blue size medium would fit girl size 8.5 & possibly the 11 if it's not a child size 11- Child size 11 feet almost fit into Orange XX small fin- You will find these fins EXTREMELY HELFPUL IMPRINTING THE WHIP KICK FOR TREADING OR BREAST STROKE- I use them with children with sensory processing difficulties so they feel what they may not comprehend through sight & sound. Sartorious muscle gets a great work out so whip kick works through the length of the leg instead just the calf- Also swimmers that train with these fins DO NOT BREAK Kick rhythm for occasional flutter in competition-
SARAH W  I wear a women;s size 8.5 and I bought the small. These fins run extremely large. I would suggest a size XXsmall for the size 5.5, a small for the size 8.5, and a size large for the size 11. I hope this helps as I personally had to return both a large and medium before I finally found a snug fit. Good luck and by the way, these fins really give a swimmer a great workout.
JAMES V  The smallest are the orange colored . My suggestion would be to buy the orange and see which daughter could fit into the fin. I,m a swim coach of two hundred swimmers and know how hard it is to find the right size of breaststroke fins. Jim.
BEA V  I bought medium 7 - 9, it's more 9-10-11 than 7, so if you have size 11, the medium is good
Jerome R  Hope this helps XXS | Orange | Size 11-13 (Youth) XS | Yellow | Size 1-3 (Youth) S | Green | Men's 4-6 | Women's 5.5-7.5 M | Blue | Men's 7-9 | Women's 8-10.5 L | Grey | Men's 10-12 | Women's 11-13.5 XL | Black | Men's 13-15 | Women's 14-15
LAI F  Hi Dear Shopper: Normally kids till 7 years old use the smallest one "XXS Orange". I wear women shoes 6.5 M (narrow feet), and I use "XS Yellow" as youth size, and works perfectly. For the next sizes: S Green - women shoes 7-8 M M Blue - women shoes 9-10 M L Gray - women shoes 11-12 M XL Black - women shoes 13+ Hope this can help, good luck!
FRANCISCO G  Keep same sizes ranhe based on your shoe size, suggested by manufacturer or seller.
CAROLIN C  Hi, I purchased these last year in size M | Blue | Men's 7-9 | Women's 8-10.5. I am a size 10 in women's shoes. They fit perfectly. My friend wears a size 8 women's shoe and had the best fit in the small (green). You don't want them to be lose or too long as the toe opening and the back strap will rub with every kick. So if your sizes are at the bottom end of the recommended range, go with the smaller one. Overall these are great fins, not just for speed but also for increasing muscle strength.
ANN YELMOKAS M  Sorry. It has been so long ago since I bought them. But, I'll bet that Speedo has a customer service FAQ sheet or hotline.
