I dredge in colorado where the water is always cold. The socks , paired with boots, keep the feet warm.

Very soft stretchy rubber, well made and positioned seams.
Top narrow, must wear under pant cuff
BUT would seal well on leg if no suit worn.
The top won't parachute water.
I feel they are full 5mm as compared to my other two pair of booties. Stiching not piping at top makes them seem thinner.
Great for full foot fins that may be a bit loose. Seal well.
The other reviews are right on as to sizes.

Are these waterproof? I wear a mens size 9.5 U.S. wht is a compatible size?
JOSEPH A
Yes they are waterproof. The only problem I had with them is the printed on rubber dots on the sole wear away very fast. The sox themselves were in good condition so I went to Home Depot and bought liquid rubber and put about four coats on which lasted about a year and a half. However, I have to wear them because of a circulation problem. My feet get freezing and regular house slippers won't keep them war. These do. Also, I am always walking around my home so I use them everyday. The last ones I purchased have a thick sole and will never wear out. They are the ones made by "bare" Also the neosport you are asking about run small. I had to send the first pair back.

Not waterproof, they run slightly small so order bigger.

They look warm and should be good for 50 degree waters

I wear this bootee 100% of the time while diving. It acts as secondary thermal protection under my rock boots.
