I just received this backpack in the mail today. I'm in love with it already. I have been using The North Face Borealis for the past year and was looking for something that would have more room and also would be good for traveling. I am a pre-med student, I have a big books I have to carry around with me not everyday but most of the time during the week. The Surge is much bigger than the Borealis, more than I thought it would be. Even though this is the mens version of this backpack it still ...feels amazing on my back and fits my chest well (I'm quite busty) which I usually find hard to find a comfy backpack. I know I will have no problems with my back hurting or not having enough room in this bag. There are a ton of pockets and room. Extremely happy with this product. Great for students as well will be great for traveling.
