Questions about this item:

Shopper  What is the difference between the womens surge two and the regular surge two?
Donna M  I have the women's Surge II and it is better than other backpacks that I have had because it is more tailored to a smaller frame - I am actually fairly large (170cm; 80kgs), but my frame is small. For example, the shoulder straps are a little narrower, and the distance between my shoulder and neck is quite a bit smaller than most men. The straps on unisex bags often rub or drag at the front of my underarm. These do not - and I generally carry a fair bit of weight for a fair period of time (10+kgs for about 10kms of walking on two consecutive days every week). In addition, the lumbar support (waist strap) seems to be more suited to me...many other bags that I have had sit a bit low. I guess this is because generally speaking, a man's torso is longer than a woman's. I think that this bag is great. It is not readily available in Australia, but I would certainly purchase again and incur shipping costs. I can't comment on the surge bit yet, as I haven't used it. Cheers Donna
Jane C  In the Router or Surge II, is the Joey T55 battery rechargeable for each new trip? How do you recharge it?
cindy s  Yes it is rechargeable, to recharge it you would have to plug it into a computer or a compatible outlet.
Shopper  Does this product come with the Joey T1?
Jessica S  All of the Surge Charged packs will come with the Joey.
