I didn't think this was genuine because the price was so low. But I compared it with a friends, and its Real!

I love this backpack, but there's a few things that I don't like. The zipper for the front pocket is kinda hard to use (not smooth when zipping). The padding for the bottom of the laptop compartment is too small, my MacBook Pro retina always sits on the side of the padding. I don't think it would matter if you have a thick laptop. Also, the material lining the laptop compartment is not as soft as I hoped for (polyester).

    Overall, its a great backpack.

This back pack is not as big as i wanted (i went with surge since i though recon wount be large enough), it is just enough for my daily office use and week end treck. I expected that the front zips would be large enogh to fit a bike helment etc, but no, they cant even fit a large lunch box.

I will keep it thogh, since i am still in honey moon stage with my backpack:D

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Andrew M  I love the color and it was the best sale I found on the web. I knew this was the bag I wanted and had been doing a fare amount of research and this was the best deal yet.
Eugene Z  What's the size of this backpack?OS or One Size
VINCE S  I'm not sure what you mean by "OS or One Size". From The North Face: Avg Weight:3 lbs 3 oz (1445 g) Volume:1953 in³ (32 liters) Dimensions:19.5" x 14" x 8.5" (50 cm x 35 cm x 21 cm) Laptop Sleeve:16.25” x 10.5” x 2” I'm a university student, and haven't ever been unable to fit everything I need, incl. laptop, tablet, multiple books (1000+ pages each) , multiple notebooks, lunch, snacks, water. Moreover, the backpack isn't baggy or bulky when not stuffed full.
Kim N  My son used the Jester for 2 yrs & it's still in very good condition but needs larger this yr. Does this backpack have organization as far as pencil & other smaller compartments/ pockets inside for school?
HEATHER S  Yes this has several compartments. It's worked out great for me in law school to store pens, notepads, highlighters, keys, wallet, etc.
