Is this too large for a kindergardener?
This is actually the perfect size for a Kinder. If it's full day K you probably will not fit the lunch box in the backpack and if you get snow where you live you will not fit snowpants in the backpack either. This is good for a couple of 2-pocket folders, a 1-inch binder, some paperback books, and some action-figures. My kids, 9 & 7, use them as carry-ons when we fly and for 1-night sleepovers.
I purchased this for my daughter who will be starting the 1st grade in the fall. And she currently uses it for her day camp. Not sure how tall/small your kindergardener is. Mine is in the 97%tile for height (she's 5 but is often mistaken for a 7 yr old) and It fits her perfectly! Love it!
Actually I think its a bit small.
Not too large for a kindergartener. It's a good size for that age. You can also cinch it using the toggle on the back if you need to.
it is the perfect size for a kindergartener.
It is large for kindergarden but not too large.
I believe this is the right size for kindergartener. It is small for my 3rd graders.
No it is much smaller than the picture makes it look. I bought it for my second grader and it was too small. It is definitely for younger kids.
It's the perfect size for a kindergarten child.
My son used this for kindergarten and he has a thin frame-it was perfect! Highly reccomended it!
No at all. I actually bought it for my kindergarten kid.
The backpack if very small. It would be a good size for a kindergartener. My only concern would be if you had to put in more then one sturdy binder in it. I am not sure it would fit. Other then that it is very nice and good quality.
I also bought for my 6 yr old nephew and it was perfect for him
Not large at all. I bought it for my 10 year old and it was too small for her to use. But perfect for younger children.
It is not at all too big for a kindergarten-aged child. I bought two for my twins (a boy and a girl) and it works for both. I highly recommend this pack, it's great!
It's actually the perfect size. I purchased it thinking it would be the size for a college student but when I opened the box the first thing that popped into my head was a small child. Hope this helped
