EFREN G  I'm 5'10" and weight 180 pounds. I fit perfectly and still have sone room by my feet. I hope you are going to a really cold place. I sweated my ass off in Rusia with this bag. It was 27 degrees inside the tent and 95 inside the sleeping bag.
