Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
Diane E  Price was good so were the reviews. Want to use these for hiking :)
Daniel S  Great price on a good product!
Scott P  They were priced right and they got good reviews.
Eliz M  is this a pair or one pole
cindy s  This item comes as a pair.
Bev R  Is this product good for just walking?
FRANK S  Yes I would recomend... used a dozen times now works well
SETH R  We used them for just plain trail hiking in Utah and Colorado. Even on flat, but sandy, trails. If I was just walking on asphalt or concrete, I wouldn't see the point. However, they are light weight and durable.
WILLIAM M  Been using these poles for about 3 years and they work great for mountain hiking. I have not used them much for level walking but, I believe they would work great for casual walking.
DANIEL L  I think they might be good for walking. They are lightweight, rather flimsey poles. I bought two pair for my kids for snowshoeing, and they are terrible for that because the baskets never stay on. Perhaps they've improved the design, otherwise I don't see how they are still being sold. Personally, I would recommend you go into a store and get a pair that are not adjustable nor have shock absorbers. They would be stronger and more reliable.
