Is this primarily just a rain jacket?
BRYAN D No, it has a light weight fleece lining and is great for the cooler fall or spring days!
CATHY P It's warmer than just a rain jacket. Although it doesn't have a lining, the material is thick and impervious, so it's very nice that it also has the venting zippers under the armpits. I got this jacket for sailing, when I really need something waterproof and WARM for the wind. Even without a sweater, this would keep you warm even into the thirties, unless you were sitting down watching a football game, in which case you might want a sweater underneath.
DEBBIE C No. Lightweight, all weather. The lining is a cross between fleece and short faux fur and cozy but not bulky at all.
CALIE G No-this is a soft shell. It is great for blocking wind and light rain, but I would not recommend it for a moderate to heavy downpour. This is my go-to jacket in 30-50 degree weather from mid-fall to mid-spring in northeast Indiana.
MUNA H Its not a rain jacket, more like weather proof. Nice and warm. Figure flattering.
WAKAKO S It's not really a rain jacket. It's a thick and substantial fleece lined soft shell jacket so it repels light rain but it's not rain-proof. It is a thick warm jacket and I wear this jacket in late fall and early spring. I can also wear this jacket over a light sweater or fleece top during mild winter days when temperature is in 40's or even in 30's.
