Yes this item is made with the Nano Pro Technology.

I am not sure. But I wore these every cool, rainy day I was photographing in Iceland--it rained 10 of 12 days--and despite sitting on the ground a lot I never got wet.

Are these the newest model with the nanopro fabric? I am confused because under the "Main Material" section in Features it says its: "Precip 100% Nylon Ripstop 2.8oz/yd (the old Model) and then under the "Specifications" section it says the outer material is, "NanoPro 100% Nylon Ripstop 2.2oz/yd (newest model). Can someone confirm which exactly this one is? Many thanks!

How does it work for motorcycle?

Nice and light.. Sturdy... I would wear this before chaps.

I bought the large size, long version (i am usually between medium and large) and it covered my motorcycle boots fine sitting down (the pants would have been too long for hiking). The elastic draw strings gave a tight fit around the boots. I did not experience any unpleasant flapping up to 80 mph. The pants added good insulation on top of Kevlar reinforced jeans on cool mornings (about 55 degrees). I only experienced a brief light shower while riding; so I can't comment on the performance in heavy rain. I used the pants intermittently during a 10 day trip. I can't say anything about durability beyond that.
