I am interested in the marmot guides down hoody for women. I usually wear a size mediium (5'10" tall and 153 lbs). Can you tell me how this fits? The size large is priced lower than the medium.

The fit is snug, go with the large.

I purchased the coat for my wife and she is 5'5" tall and weighs 125, it fits well, if you usually wear a medium, buy the medium, if it doesn't fit they will exchange for you free of charge. Also call customer service, sometimes they will adjust the price for you.

I purchased my wife one and it was a medium. She is 5'6 and maybe 150 and it was/is a bit snug. I would definitely go with the Large.
