Very nice jacket. It runs rather small as described by others. It should be a decent fit for thin people. Otherwise the medium would be more of an average small for people with broad shoulders for example. Unfortunately haven't tested out in the cold to find out its warmth factor. But overall I really like Mammut products so far.

Great jacket! I have and older model as well. Only thing that I don't like in the newer version is the bottom of the coat is tighter than previous models

The coat is very lightweight, the texture is very good, and it fits fit to fit my figure.

The jacket itself is amazing - packs light, super warm, perfect european fit (what I look for), long enough to cover your rear-end. However, the zipper is so stuck that it takes me 2-5 minutes just to zipper the darn thing and I always feel like the bottom isn't totally on. Honestly I feel like I may have gotten a second hand item.

Great product. Very warm, lightweight, and compactable. Can’t wait to use it in the upcoming months.

I bought this jacket for my husband and it's a great lightweight coat that keeps you warm in cold weather. It's a slim fit but I bought the size large even though the medium size fit just so there would be more room for layering in much colder temps. Sunny sport delivered the coat fast and the jacket is in new condition. The color is an older season so the price was really reasonable. Thanks!!

I bought this last winter on sale. Mammut makes great stuff and I knew that it would run small (they run about a size smaller because it is a Swiss brand). I have used it for alpine skiing and around town wear. The plusses are that it is very lightweight and very warm for its weight. The hood is warm and soft. It is comfortable to wear. The belay zipper is a nice feature. And it looks good. That is where the positives stop. Mammut stuff is usually very durable and well made, but perhaps to save weight they've sacrificed durability here. The face fabric is thin...almost paper thin. The insulation baffles are also very full. Down under pressure with a thin face fabric means that this is a very brittle piece. I doubt that anyone uses this for climbing. The harnesses probably would tear the face fabric. Even in my limited use there is already a small nick in one place that is releasing down. So if you want to wear it around town and not actually "use it" for recreating and mountain sports, you may be fine, but avoid it because the fabric is so thin. I wish I had sent mine back.

Highly reccomended fits a bit smallish especially around the mid section but other than that a great insulating piece.

Love the jacket. The neck is a tad on the right side, but other than that I love it.

Have worn this jacket for a couple of weeks, including some winter hikes (NH White mountains). Very impressed with it - workmanship, fit, attention to detail, etc. Mammut makes a high quality product, and would recommend this jacket to others. On a sliding scale of warmth for hooded down jackets, I place this one in the middle. Very warm for a sub 1 pound down jacket. Haven't seen any feathers poking thru the fabric or seams.

It's a nice warm jacket with a very fit trim. I don't think you can wear anything besides shirt under it since it's so tight at the waist level. I'm 5'6", 146 lb reasonably fit male, no gut hanging out, and I had to work to zip it up because it's quite tight at the bottom. I got size M, maybe I need size L, but sleeves are fine, enough space at the top and it fits well. I think it'll work fine for me and I can wear something over it in extreme cold. As it is it's warm enough in 20 degrees(F) weather to wear it just over the shirt, at least when you are not out for long. It's much warmer than my triclimate North Face jacket which wasn't the warmest NF you could get but I still expected it to be warm enough for anything above 25 degrees. This one does the work and I always can wear something else over it.

Feathers coming out, mostly sleeves. Will see how it goes. If it continues, will have to return it as defective. Would hate to do that, though, because I really like the fit and the design.
