I used this Mountain Hardwear 0 degree bag on a recent two night trip to Joyce Kilmer Wilderness Area in North Carolina. It got down to the low 20's, frozen drops on the tent roof, frost on the ground....and I was completely warm with only a pair of fleece pants and shirt, woolen socks, a balaclava and a fleece jacket to sleep in. I used an ExPed insulated sleeping pad under the bag. My tent was an Eureka Tetragon 5.
I used this sleeping bag in 28 F overnight temps and it was toasty. I got the short version, since I am 5 ft 4 in tall. It was plenty of room for me. I selected this one for the warmth and its light weight and because it was synthetic as I am allergic to down, I have never owned a mummy type bag before so I am still getting used to turning over on my side to sleep and figuring out how to keep my face from being covered up by the top of the bag.
