Comments about LEKI Summit Anti-Shock Poles (pair) - 2008 Model:

These poles are great! They fold up to almost nothing and fit great on the pack that I have. They shock system works great when you are ascending or decending and really takes pressure off of your legs. I would recommend these poles to anyone who backpacks on extended trips or does basic mountaineering.

    Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
DANIEL J A  Great quality poles. I have no complaints, but I would bring attention to over-twisting them, as sometimes it will unscrew the adjustment mechanism. Easy fix though.
Shopper  How difficult, in using strength, for a 96 lb. female to adjust the desired height of the poles? Do the poles go click, click as you hike along?
SunnySports S  These poles have the classic "Twist Counter Clock Wise" to loosen and opposite to tighten. My wife can manage her poles even with a bolt in her wrist from a bad break. Do the poles go click? Yes on rock because of the carbide tip, No on dirt. These are wonderful poles! Have Fun Out There! Carl
