Great color, comfortable fit. It is not a Gregory Denali Pro but it didn't cost $500 either.

Comments about Kelty Red Cloud 110 Internal Pack:

Bought this pack recently for an upcoming backpack trip through Utah's Capitol Reef NP and Colorado's hunter-Frying Pan Wilderness. Have used it a few times on a couple of short over night tune-up hikes and it performed very well.

This pack is definitely for someone looking to go out into the wilderness for extended periods of time. Great suspension system that stays put for me, even with 60 pounds inside. This pack can hold just about anything you could imagine. I can fit my sleeping bag, tent (poles and all), 100L camelback, clothes, stove, water filter, food, and 10 Essentials for a 5-7 day trip. Not to mention a sleeping pad that fits perfectly on the outside of the pack. This thing as my kids would say is, "Beast".

The only thing that I am not too crazy about is the weight. However, when purchasing a 110L pack one sort of goes into it knowing the thing is huge. Also dont like how flimsy the closures are but after my trip this summer I plan on replacing them with after market closures anyway. For the money this pack is perfect for any backpacker. I cannot justify spending $400+ on another monster pack just because it has a different name brand. This pack ranks right up there with Osprey and Gregory for half the price and all the same bells and whistles.

Questions & Answers Powered by TurnTo®

        Questions about this item:

scott o  I'm wondering if there is more than one size available for this pack (i.e S/M or M/L)? Not referring to the capacity of the bag but rather the size of the user.
Zack W  The Torso Fit Range for this pack is: 17.5" - 21". Enjoy it, and stay safe out there! Zack.
Shopper  It says that there is front panel access, does that mean that you can get to the main compartment from the front of the bag or just into the front small pocket?
LEE D  Good question Joe, You can access the main compartment from the top of the bag, like all other bags of this type, and from the front zipper compartment. If you open the front zipper compartment there will be a piece of mesh fabric with a zipper down the middle. Just unzip the zipper and you can get to the main compartment of the pack just fine. Its actually very convenient, allowing you to get at belongings in the middle of the pack without disrupting your packing scheme. If your still on the fence about the bag, just buy it. Seriously, Kelty products are great, and I promise you'll be pleased with the quality and versatility of the bag.
Shopper  Can this pack fit a double sleeping bag in the sleeping bag compartment?
Zack W  No, it is designed to fit only one. Enjoy it! Zack.
