I looked at some pictures online and it looks like it might fit but I'm not sure. Our carrier is the Tour 1.0 and it fits great! Good luck!

We got ours for the 2.0. You may want to check the Kelty website as a reference on this but def use this site to buy your gear as it is the cheapest.

If your bad has an opening for four little (somewhat bendable) poles that you see in the picture, then your okay. My kid-carrier wasn't the exact one for this cover, but I bought it anyway and it works great.

Hardly used it. Rather have a big umbrella since it was annoying for my son to have this attached to the carrier.
