I own a couple pillows from a company that rhymes with berm-o-pest and these are far superior. They aren’t lumpy, sleep cool and are super compact for backpacking.

If you call in your order, you can probably tell them which color you prefer. It didn't matter to me, so I just went for it.

It's a random color of the three offered. Pretty much they are in a bin and the packer tosses one in the box so which ever one is on top is what you get. There is no way to guarantee a color if you purchase an item like this.

Is this pillow machine washable?

Yes it is but you should be careful. Use only cool to cold water and outdoor specific soap, dont use regular detergant. Also to dry wring it and let dry, machine dryer will ruin insides. I hope that helps. Stay safe and have fun out there! Neal
