I'm trying to decide what to get. Why did you pick this one?
New to camping but wanted to ensure I slept warm and comfortable. Bag really packs small and light . Has performed well so far, but w temps only down to 45-50F. From what I've seen so far, I have no doubts it will perform well down to 25F. Recommend purchasing - it's a very nice bag - the down is super comfortable and we actually use it indoors as a comforter.
That is the same one I bought and I love it!
This bag packs down very small and is very roomy, l have wide shoulders and its plenty big enough. I live in Colorado where you never know what the temps will be, so I also bought the small packable 15 degree insert , so far I haven't used it though, the bag has been very warm and comfortable. I recommend
I like Kelty as a brand.
The price was right.
The bag fit the criteria I was looking for.
I'm a car camper using a tent and air mattress.
I used it several times last summer and it fit
You can open bag up and use it like a blanket, however this does not work very well due to the taper, but! it is nice to be able to open bag up if you want, the long size / zipper helps if you want to change clothes in your bag, adjust temperature in bag or tuck your head inside bag if it gets to cold. The material is very good because I don't see any feathers getting out, it is light weight and you can roll it up into a very small roll.
It was a good deal for a down fill. After using it this past summer, they sleep warm but it was summertime. Used at Flathead lake near Glacier national park, nights were cool but the bags were warm.
