Comments about High Sierra Cirque Backpack (59102):

The quality is very nice for the price point. The large heavy duty zippers work excellent. I prefer this pack to most "backpacking daypacks" given that the zippers provide far easier access to items than a standard top loading "backpacking daypack". There are two primary compartments. The largest has a vinyl laptop like compartent inside, while the front smaller main compartment has a nice mesh compartment inside. The airflow backing is firm with a rugged fine mesh outer covering some type of firm foam that provides excellent support to your back for a daypack. Strongly suggest purchasing, it even comes with two water bottle holders.

Comments about High Sierra Cirque Backpack (59102):

We used the packs as day packs to hike the Granite Canyon trail in Grand Teton National Park. Packs had plenty of space to hold wind breaker, fleece, camera and H2o bottles. Padding on straps were comfortable. Other than getting a bit hot, the packs were very comfortable and served their purpose. For the price, it did what I needed. Very satisfied.

Comments about High Sierra Cirque Backpack (59102):

I am extremely satisfied with this bag. I use it for hiking. Sturdy and great find for the money. Light for its size and strength. I like that it has two large outside mesh pockets. I use one for my water bottle and the other for holding a tripod.
My only wish would be that there would be a smaller pocket either accessible from the outside or from the smaller pocket. There is a mesh pocket inside the smaller pocket, but I would like something more compartmentalized. Still worth the money. BTW, you can utilize a water reservoir in this bag. For the price I give it 5stars.

              Questions about this item:

e g  i will be using this for mainly high heat canyon touring in utah during the summer. can anyone speak to how quickly, and/or, your back heats up with this? is the ventialtion good?
ADAM C  The ventilation is not the best but it is not poor. I think you'll be hot in the summer time with this pack since there is no frame but pretty much every day pack does not have a frame. Osprey is a little more expensive than this but I have had really good success with that brand.
Shopper  i will be using this for mainly high heat canyon touring in utah during the summer. can anyone speak to how quickly, and/or, your back heats up with this? is the ventialtion good?
ANNETTE W  I have used this primarily in cooler, high-altitude climates without complaint. As for the few times I have used it in the desert, I do not recall any discomfort with my back or any notable issues with over-heating or lack of ventilation. I will mention that I have pretty much given it to my husband, as it is a bit larger than I need. (He is happy with it!)
A B  Is this bag too big for everyday use - (commuting to work, carrying books around campus)? Does it fit well on your back when you are on a bike?
ERVIN G  I've had this backpack for 2 1/2 years. I took it all over Europe when I traveled and now I use it as my daily backpack for school. It's great for everyday use but you just need to tie up some of the straps because they can get long. Other than that it's pretty nice.
