Comments about Garmont Amica Trail GTX Shoes for Women:

Extremely comfortable inner padding - like you're walking on a cloud. Nice roomy toebox. I ordered 1/2 size up so that when my feet swell after lots of walking there would not be any pinching in the toe area. Very lightweight. The low-rise version of these shoes is great for longer hikes requiring more support. Not suitable for heavy backpacking, but for day hikes with a light pack these are just right. Stayed dry during a klutzy stream crossing. Make sure you get the GTX version of this shoe - that's the one that has the gore-tex.
