Is there a bottom to this tent or do you have to get to get a ground cover?
Yes the tent has a bottem.
Yes the tent does have a bottom sewn in from the factory. Best I can recall, the fabric is the same as the same the rest of the tent. I still placed a tarp on the ground and have no problems so far with many uses
The tent has a bottom. But a ground cloth is always a good idea.
This tent does have a waterproof tub style bottom, however you should still lay a ground sheet (tarp of plastic sheet) under it to prevent condensation on the floor. This tent is a very good choice to purchase, I am very happy with mine.
There is a bottom, so you do not need to get anything for ground. This tent is light and easy to carry.
Yes, there is a bottom. You don't need ground cover. But it's good to have a sleeping pad/sleeping bag inside.
Yes, there is a bottom to the tent however, I would recommend taking along a very light mil plastic such as a large garbage bag to help protect the bottom from rocks and debris. I have read the it is recommend the plastic NOT be larger than the tent because then water can run underneath it. It is not absolutely needed but will help extend the life of your tent.
Yes there is a reinforced water resistant bottom/floor
Yes, it has a bottom. You should still place a ground cover underneath the tent, though, which acts as a vapor barrier.
Great tent! I used mine three nights hunting up in the woods, where I had to pack in and the 5 lb tent was perfect for me (230 lb male!). Another person would be pretty cozy! Hope this helps...
The bottom of the tent is is pretty waterproof, but it's not a tarp-like material, so if you are hiking where sharp rocks may be I would suggest a ground cover. The material seems pretty durable, but I'm always a sceptic so like the added protection.
