Comments about Eureka Spitfire 2 Two-person Tent:

Traveling light, whether it be on the trail or on a bike, you and your female squeeze will love this one.Weighting in at a mere 2lbs.11ozs.you'll hardly know it on your back.Remember a footprint or ground cloth to save the floor and keep the rain out.Without help,we're talking maybe 5-7 mins to pitch and remember a slight crown on the ground works the best.

Comments about Eureka Spitfire 2 Two-person Tent:

Good for camping when you may be in wet conditions. Fast setup. Roomy design allows for a small space to have maximum potential. Can take off the fly for plenty of ventilation when its hot out. Doesn't stand without stakes.

Comments about Eureka Spitfire 2 Two-person Tent:

Second review. This tent is a good value esp when it can be gotten as low as [$]. To get a lighter tent the same size you better break the piggy bank. It has aluminum poles which I much prefer. The poles clip rather than sleeve but I think this is a weight issue and clips are holding up fine after about 12 nights of use. I went island camping on Lake George in July, VERY hot. Was I glad I was in this tent, just tie or flop back the fly(or remove) and catch some air. My brother sweltered in his low end Eureka dome(tetragon). In addition one of his fly poles broke and this is only the second time he's used it. Must recommend to stay away from that line. Tetragons are Eureka in name only. Two thumbs up for the Spitfire.

Comments about Eureka Spitfire 2 Two-person Tent:

The Eureka 2 person tent is better than I expected. Easy to setup and space for two large people and extras. Performs well in wind or rain. You will be able to put your pack and boots inside, rather than outside - which I greatly prefer. You do have to stake it, but it's easy. You will want to upgrade the stakes.
