Easy to set up, plenty of room, guy ropes are attached and have attached pockets to store them in. Love the tent

It’s great!!! Easy setup , it’s tall enough for me to stand up in (6’0”). We were recently camping in the Adirondacks, when tropical storm Isaias blew through. With the guy lines all secured and staked our, the tent was solid and dry after 16 hours of rain. ??
The Eureka Jade Canyon 6 tent is a cabin-style design with walls that stand vertical to give you the utmost usability of space inside. Fitting 6 people comfortably, the Jade Canyon 6 tent also features a new Eluminate panel that affixes to the tent ceiling and reflects light from an LED lantern down on the floor, giving you plenty of lighting where you need it most. An E-Media Center holds a tablet or iPad in a clear sleeve on the tent wall that enables all touchscreen abilities so that you can have a functioning electronic device close at hand, but not at risk on the floor. The tent's free standing and shockcorded steel and aluminum frame is easy to set up, and matching yellow webbing on the tent and fly couple with the post and grommet assembly to make set up fast, so you'll spend less time setting up camp than you do enjoying the scenery. A small zippered power port at bottom of one of the walls allows you to run a power cord inside the tent for your electrical needs.

when seaming a tent do you seam goth outside and inside?
MARK S
Generally no, ...just inside. This tent is already seam taped though. It doesn’t need to be sealed.
ANTHONY N
I assume you are asking about sealing the seams of the tent. I use a good quality seam sealer and use the sealer only on the floor of the tent on the inside surfaces.
BRANDON B
I don’t understand the question.

I purchased the Eureka Jade Canyon this past summer. In the past I have seam sealed some tents but not sure it was really necessary. Eureka in my opinion does a great job of seam sealing. I used this tent in very heavy rains and wind as well as snow this fall and this tent performed beautifully! No water in the tent. At times water was flowing past the tent higher than the floor and it did not leak!

Why Did You Choose This?
NICOLE C
We had a Copper Canyon for years and loved it. We were not kind to that tent and it held up great but we decided it was time for a new tent. We first bought a larger tent with a screened in separate area and after two trips with it we really missed our Eureka tent. Should have just bought another Eureka in the first place. Hey, live and learn.

We are car camping now, have used eureka tents for many years along with other of their equipment and find design and construction satisfy us very well.

Roomy family cabin type tent with windows to provide ventilation and visibility on all 4 sides. Aluminum and steel poles should insure sturdiness in windy conditions.
