Comments about Eureka Equinox 6 Tent:

This is a great 3 season tent. In the summer time you can leave the fly off for maximum ventilation. Even with the fly on there is good air flow throughout the tent. All of the windows and door can be completely closed to help keep out the wind on those cool nights. The tent does very well in the wind and rain. Plenty of room inside. I am 5'11" and I can stand comfortably in this tent. Highly recommended. As with any tent if it says it is a 6 man tent, you can comfortably fit in half that number and actually have room for you stuff.

Comments about Eureka Equinox 6 Tent:

This is the second Equinox 6 we purchased. The first one lasted over 20 years. We were so impressed with this tent we even purchased one for our daughter and son-in-law as a present. They also love theirs. I would recommend this tent to everyone.

Comments about Eureka Equinox 6 Tent:

Have used it many times in Yellowstone, Glacier and Mammoth Cave National parks. It fits great in both family and primitive camp sites. Easy to set up and very stable. plenty of room for 5, six is too crowded.

          Questions about this item:

Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
LAWRENCE T  sturdy, well built and standing headroom. Very Happy with this tent.
R T  I have an Equinox 3 dome tent, why can't I find any pics or info on the Equinox 3 ? I need info on how to install the vestibule.
Jessica S  Please contact the manufacturer at 1-800-572-8822 for help installing the vestibule. http://www.eurekatent.com/webForm.aspx?ekfrm=51
Randy C  I'd like to see other photos. For instance, is there a zippered covering for the three screens? Does the moisture "fly" cover up the two other windows? If not, what does it look like over the two remaining screened windows? Is there a smaller size for just my wife and myself? I have had the smaller size for 20 years now but last year the front zipper refused to work.
T S  There are zippered windows. The fly partially covers the windows. In hot weather, I leave the zipped covers down about 6" and never get water in the windows. I have the Equinox 6 and would not consider a smaller tent. I like the room. Sorry I don 't have any pics.
