Daniel B  I'm 6'2"...will this bag realistically fit me or should I get the long? This bag is listed at 7' long which is hardly "regular". I can never tell when manufacturers embellish on the specs. I just know I usually need a longer length.
JESSE F  Since I'm not your height I can't say as comfort is an individual perspective - go larger in that case remember its not like there are many 7 foot people on the world so bigger people will prefer larger size
