Did anyone use this to run to work?

I just use it for mountain biking, but with the straps cinched down it isn't going anywhere. Not sure where you'd put your clothes as space is pretty limited, but you could probably fit clean underoos inside and tuck a sports towel in the back pouch.

It's the best pack for running I've ever worn. It doesn't chaffe your neck and when full, it doesn't stress your shoulders.
As for running to work, I'm guessing your're trying to figure out how much "work stuff" it will hold? Your phone slips into a mesh holder on the harness on the left, just above your chest. There are 2 zippered storage areas on the back, neither are large enough for a laptop.
If you put your work pants in a 1-gallon plastic bag and your shirt, socks and underwear in another 1-gallon bag, you could carry those 2 bags in the back. You have to use plastic bags, because anything in the back will get wet with perspiration.
I would not carry work shoes in the pack, even though they would fit, nothing else will. Even though the pack is padded, hard soled shoes feel uncomfortable in the pack while running.
The side pouches around the waist will hold gel packs, deoderant, and even an electric razor.
I used to run to work. On Sunday I would bring in 1 weeks worth of work clothes plus toiletries to the office. I showered and shaved at the office and it eliminated carring a bunch of stuff on my back. I left my laptop at the office during the week. My family loved that part! Good luck!
For "hauling stuff," this is NOT the pack. For comfort, this IS the pack.

I didn't run to work, but used it for a long run. Worked great.

I don't use it to run to work, but I use it to run after work. It is very light weight and comfortable. After a while you barely even notice it is there.
