We think you'll agree that Sunny Sports has the best return policy in the industry. You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return the merchandise for full refund on your credit card. Then, we give another 60 days (120 days from the date of invoice) to return for store credit.

Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge, for items which we offer free shipping the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.

If a product is received defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

Registered Users:

Just go to your orders page and start a self return process on eligible items

Non Registered Users:
  1. Register an account with us - (note: email address has to be the same as order email)
  2. Under "My Account" Import your Orders with "I don't see all my orders" link
  3. Start the self-return process

Return for Exchanges

Regular Exchanges

For all other exchanges. please download our Return Merchandise form,  fill out the form, package the items securely and include the RM form along with a copy of the original invoice, send it prepaid (insurance and tracking recommended) with carrier of your choice to:

Terms & Conditions

  • You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, DVD’s and Video Tapes cannot be opened (due to copyright laws). Sorry.
  • In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.
