    Damaged in Delivery

    For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps:

    United Parcel Service (UPS) -- Quickly contact your local UPS office for a Damage Inspection report. Request that UPS return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit.

    Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by UPS and we’ll arrange for reorder or credit.

    Defective Merchandise

    If you receive a wrong (an item you did not order) or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Department. Avail. 9:30 am - 4:30 PM EST, Monday - Thursday, at: (212) 333-5059, or e-mail us at Info@SunnySports.com . Always have your Invoice number when you call. We will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.

    We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. We made every effort to provide you with an error-free catalog and website, in the event there is a misprint, we reserve the right to correct copy or pricing to reflect actual current status. Pictures are for illustration purposes only and may not be exact.

    Sunny Sports will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Sunny Sports in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monastery value of the merchandise purchased.

    Order Cancellations

    You may cancel your order before it's packed, for any reason and you will not be charged. Please call our Customer Service Department at: 212-333-5059 to make sure that you order has not been packed yet. Customer Service is available from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm Eastern time Monday - Thursday

     

    If the merchandise has already been shipped you'll have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges.

     

    Specially ordered merchandise is non-cancelable.

    Out of Stock

    You can order with confidence that the items that are marked as "In Stock" are in stock. However, in the rare instance there might be an item out of stock, even if it showed "In Stock" (this can happen for a number of reasons, we got in more orders then we have in stock, we have it, but it's defective, etc.) In such an instance, our customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put it on order for you and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by calling Customer Service at (212) 333-5059.

    Return Policy

    60/120 Days Return Policy

    We think you'll agree that Sunny Sports has the best return policy in the industry.

    Inspect the equipment when it arrives, and if you're not fully satisfied you can return it for a full refund (less the shipping charge), as long as you haven't used it. We won't even ask why you've changed your mind.

    You'll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CDs, DVDs and Video Tapes may not be returned (due to copyright laws). Sorry.

    Simply download and complete the Return Merchandise Form, package the items securely and include the form along with a copy of the original invoice, and send it prepaid and insured to:

    In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only US & Canada). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements.


    If the above conditions are not met, Sunnysports has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

    Sales Tax Policy

    Sales Tax:

    We collect state sales tax when shipping to the state of New York.

     

    International Tax:

    All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Sunny Sportsf is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.

     

    We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

    We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.

     

    If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Warranty Policy

    We are authorized dealers of all the brands we carry. Some of the brands carry a lifetime warranty, while others have a limited warranty. Please check each item for the warranty information. In the event of item malfunction or damage, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. We can provide you with the contact information for each manufacturer upon request.

    When we Ship
    We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed Monday trough Thursday before 3:00 PM EST, and on Friday before 10:00 AM EST will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM EST, will ship the following week). All other orders ships within 1 business day.

    Shipping Cost

    SHIPPING IS FREE for orders over $50 that are shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 States, and are shipped via UPS Ground delivery. Offer does not apply to PO Boxes and to APO/FPO addresses.

    If your order total is less than $50, you will pay $6 per order for shipping via UPS Ground

    International Order Verification

    In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Since we will not ship without this verification, please avoid delays in the processing of your order by submitting complete information.

    All International orders must ship their orders to the billing address of the credit card (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent).
