CHARLES M  Bought this for use during winter camping to provide light and warmth to my tent (use with my Eureka Alpenlite tent). Very adequate light and a surprising amount of warmth is produced. This also prevents condensation on my tent. I realize that many people are gainst candles in tents, but this is as safe as you are going to get. As long as you don't go to sleep with the candle burning, you are at very little risk and the warmth is a really nice benefit - it does take the edge off the cold.
