Going to Escalante for a fews days to camp (hiking in 5 mi. or so) the first of May. Is there a hiking boot made for warmer clims?
There are two essentials for hiking, a pack that fits and shoes that fit and SUPPORT. I don"t know what the terrain is like, but these boots will protect your feet on the bottom, top and sides. If you have ever slammed your ankle bone on a rock, then you know what I mean. Use a lite weight sock combo, liner & over, to wick and keep your feet dry. A tiny bit of talk works great!Have Fun Out There!Carl
